Get ticket
One ticket with its messages and internal notes in order.
GET https://cotlet.dev/api/v1/gorgias/tickets/{ticket_id}
read
Returns the ticket fields and every message, oldest first, each marked as from the customer, from an agent or an internal note. Reading a ticket does not change it. Attachments are listed by name and link.
