14 endpoints for Gorgias, each at its own method and path, called with your API key. Open an endpoint for its inputs, examples and response.

Connects with: Your own Gorgias user on your subdomain. What your agent can do follows your role: Lead or Admin to edit macros and rules, Lite or above to reply and update tickets. You sign in in your own browser and keep your SSO or 2-step verification.

Gorgias Endpoints: Read
Endpoint	Description
GET /tickets/search	Tickets matching a text search or filters, newest first.
GET /tickets/{ticket_id}	One ticket with its messages and internal notes in order.
GET /customer-history	Earlier tickets of a customer, with Shopify orders when a store is connected.
GET /macros	Your macros with name, text and the actions each one runs.
GET /rules	Your rules with trigger, conditions, actions and run order.
GET /tags	Your ticket tags with how many tickets use each one.
GET /assignees	Teams and users a ticket can be assigned to.

Change the account. Calls marked Confirm wait for the user to approve them.

PATCH /tickets/{ticket_id}	Set status, priority, assignee, tags or snooze on a ticket.
POST /tickets/{ticket_id}/internal-notes	Add a note to a ticket that only your team sees.
POST /tickets/{ticket_id}/replies Confirm	Send a reply to the customer on the ticket.
POST /tickets/{ticket_id}/macro/apply Confirm	Apply one of your macros to a ticket.
POST /into-tickets/{into_ticket_id}/tickets/{ticket_id}/merge Confirm	Merge one ticket into another.
PATCH /macros/{macro_id} Confirm	Edit, archive or unarchive a macro.
PATCH /rules/{rule_id} Confirm	Turn a rule on or off, or rename it.
