Search tickets
Tickets matching a text search or filters, newest first.
GET https://cotlet.dev/api/v1/gorgias/tickets/search
read
Returns tickets with subject, status, priority, assignee, tags and customer. Pass a view to read the tickets of one of your Gorgias views. Pages hold up to 50 tickets; pass next_cursor back as cursor for the next page. You see the tickets your Gorgias role can see.
Parameters

| query string | string | Words to search for in subject and messages. |
| view string | string | Name of a Gorgias view, for example your inbox view for new tickets. |
| status enum | enum | open or closed. Default: open. |
| priority enum | enum | low, normal, high or critical. |
| tag string | string | Only tickets with this tag. |
| created_since date | date | Only tickets created on or after this date. |
| limit integer | integer | 1 to 50. Default: 25. |
| cursor string | string | Next page cursor from the previous call. |
