Merge tickets

Merge one ticket into another.

POST https://cotlet.dev/api/v1/gorgias/into-tickets/{into_ticket_id}/tickets/{ticket_id}/merge

write Confirm

Uses Merge ticket in the app. When the two tickets differ, you choose which Subject, Assignee and Customer to keep; the call takes these from keep_from. Gorgias limits merging of two chat tickets to the same customer. A merge is not undone with one call. By default you confirm each call; you can switch that off for this tool.

Parameters

Parameters: merge_tickets
NameTypeDescription
ticket_id integer required integer Ticket to merge away.
into_ticket_id integer required integer Ticket to keep.
keep_from enum enum source or target: which ticket supplies Subject, Assignee and Customer. Default: target.
