Reply to ticket

Send a reply to the contact and optionally set the status in the same call.

POST https://cotlet.dev/api/v1/happyfox/tickets/{ticket_id}/replies

write Confirm

Adds a staff reply to the ticket, which emails the contact. A sent reply stays in the ticket history. Set status_id in the same call to move the ticket on with the reply. By default you confirm each call; you can switch that off for this tool.
