Cancel free tickets
Cancel a whole free order or chosen free tickets.

Does what Cancel all tickets and Cancel selected do on the order page: it cancels free tickets only, because paid tickets go through refund_tickets. Omit ticket_ids to cancel the whole order. Billetto's help article does not say whether the guest gets an email, so the agent tells the guest itself when you ask for that. By default you confirm each call; you can switch that off for this tool.
