List campaigns
Discount campaigns of an event or of the account, by status.

Returns the campaigns from Promotions & Offers with their name, status and what they do (a percentage discount, a set price per ticket type or an unlocked ticket type). Billetto groups campaigns as running, drafts, paused and completed. Leave event_id out for account-wide campaigns.
