Get order
One order with its tickets, prices and notes.

Returns the order's details page: buyer, event, each ticket with its type, price and state, and the order notes. The state of a ticket tells which tool applies: refund_tickets for paid tickets, cancel_free_tickets for free ones, resend_ticket for a guest who did not get the PDF. event_over is true once the event has finished, and then Billetto accepts no refund.
