List leases
Leases with status, dates, rent and residents.
MCP tool resman_read → list_leases
read
Returns one record per set of residents, with the lease in effect now: unit, status, start and end dates, rent and the main contacts. A set of residents that renewed shows its current lease, not each past one.
Parameters

| ends_before string | string | Only leases that end before this date, YYYY-MM-DD. |
| modified_since string | string | Only leases changed since this date, YYYY-MM-DD. |
