Update a work order
Changes the status, priority, category, assignee or dates of a work order.
MCP tool resman_write → update_work_order
write Confirm
Returns the work order as saved. A status change is visible to the resident who reported it. ResMan accepts only an employee marked as a maintenance employee as the assignee and refuses any other. By default you confirm each call; you can switch that off for this tool.

| assigned_to_person_id string | string | Person id of a maintenance employee. |
| scheduled_date string | string | When the work is scheduled, YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM in the property time. |
| notes string | string | Notes for the technician. |
