List aged receivables
Outstanding balances per account on a date.

read
Returns the accounts with outstanding charges, payments, credits and balance as of the date, largest balance first, plus the total of the rows returned. A balance below zero is an unapplied payment or credit. Transactions come from get_ledger.
Parameters
