List work orders
Work orders of a property, filtered by status, priority, location or assignee.
MCP tool resman_read → list_work_orders
read
Returns the number, status, priority, category, location, description, who reported it, the assignee and the due date, plus a make-ready flag. ResMan answers only when at least one filter is set besides the property.
Parameters

| priority string | string | Low, Medium or High. |
| location string | string | Unit number, building name or rentable item name. |
| assigned_to_person_id string | string | Person id of the assigned maintenance employee. |
| modified_since string | string | Only work orders changed since this time, YYYY-MM-DD. |
