Close conversation
Closes a conversation without sending a message.

Uses the checkmark above the ticket. It sends nothing to the customer itself, but Journeys, rules or a CSAT survey you set up may react to a closed conversation. To send a last message and close, use reply_to_conversation with close_after_send. By default you confirm each call; you can switch that off for this tool.
