List assignments
List the assignments of one training with learner, status and due date.

Returns one row per learner, as the assignments table on the training shows it: status, due date and the date assigned. 30 to a page, with next_cursor while more remain. The status and group filters work like the table filters. Learners who were unassigned do not appear.
