List automations
List automations from Settings > Automations with trigger, status and enrolled users.
MCP tool workramp_read → list_automations

Returns the name, trigger, state and number of enrolled users of each automation. Paused automations do not advance users. Automations run about every 20 to 30 minutes, so a new match can take that long to show.
