List learners
List learners with their groups and the date they were added.
MCP tool workramp_read → list_learners
read
Returns the name, email, groups and manager of each learner, 30 to a page. The learner_id feeds the assignment tools. The filters work within each page, so follow next_cursor until the dates fall outside your window.
