Add labels
Add labels to a conversation and keep the ones it has.
POST https://cotlet.dev/api/v1/chatwoot/conversations/{conversation_id}/labels
write
Adds the labels you pass to the existing ones and returns the full list. A name that is not in list_labels fails and nothing is changed. Labels are account-specific and are not created by this tool. add_labels runs without asking first: it reaches no customer and is undone with one call.
Parameters
| Name | Type | Description |
|---|---|---|
| conversation_id integer required | integer | conversation_id from list_conversations. It is the number in the conversation URL. |
| labels string[] required | string[] | Label names from list_labels. |
