Set conversation status
Open, pend, resolve or snooze a conversation.

Sets the status to open, pending, resolved or snoozed. A snooze without snoozed_until lasts until the customer writes again, and a reply from the customer always reopens a snoozed conversation. Automation rules on Conversation updated or Conversation opened run as they do for a person. set_conversation_status runs without asking first: it sends nothing to the customer and is undone with one call.

| status string required | string | open, pending, resolved or snoozed. |
| snoozed_until string | string | ISO 8601 time to reopen, only with status snoozed. |
