Set priority
Set the priority of a conversation, or clear it.
PUT https://cotlet.dev/api/v1/chatwoot/conversations/{conversation_id}/priority
write
Sets one of Chatwoot's four fixed priorities, or none to clear it. Chatwoot has no custom priorities; use labels for finer sorting. The priority shows in the conversation list and adds an activity entry in the thread. set_priority runs without asking first: it reaches no customer and is undone with one call.
Parameters
| Name | Type | Description |
|---|---|---|
| conversation_id integer required | integer | conversation_id from list_conversations. It is the number in the conversation URL. |
| priority string required | string | urgent, high, medium, low or none. |
