Create a work order
Adds a new work order at a unit, building or rentable item.
POST https://cotlet.dev/api/v1/resman/properties/{property_id}/work-orders
write Confirm
Returns the new work order id and its number. The work order shows in ResMan at once, and a resident who reported it can follow its progress. ResMan sets the due date from your account settings when you give none. By default you confirm each call; you can switch that off for this tool.

| description string required | string | What is wrong, up to 248 characters. |
| category_id string required | string | Category id from list_work_order_options. |
| location_type string required | string | Unit, Building, Rentable Item or WOIT Account. |
| location string required | string | Unit number, building name or the id of the location. |
| reported_by string | string | Name of the resident who reported it. |
| assigned_to_person_id string | string | Person id of a maintenance employee. |
| priority string | string | Low, Medium or High. |
| areas array | array | Impacted areas from list_work_order_options. |
| notes string | string | Longer notes for the technician. |
