Get a resident ledger
The transactions on one billing account.
GET https://cotlet.dev/api/v1/resman/properties/{property_id}/ledger
read
Returns each transaction with its date, type (Charge, Credit or Payment), category and amount, oldest first. It reads the ledger and posts nothing.
Parameters

| property_id string required | string | Property id from list_properties. |
| billing_account_id string required | string | Billing account id from list_receivables or list_leases. |
| posted_since string | string | Only transactions posted on or after this date, YYYY-MM-DD. |
