List aged receivables
Outstanding balances per account on a date.
GET https://cotlet.dev/api/v1/resman/properties/{property_id}/receivables
read
Returns the accounts with outstanding charges, payments, credits and balance as of the date, largest balance first, plus the total of the rows returned. A balance below zero is an unapplied payment or credit. Transactions come from get_ledger.
Parameters

| date string required | string | The date to read, YYYY-MM-DD. |
| account_type string | string | Lease, Split Ledger, WOIT Account, Non-Resident Account or Prospect. |
| min_balance number | number | Only accounts with a balance of at least this amount. |
