List prospects
Prospects with status, source, first contact and leasing agent.
GET https://cotlet.dev/api/v1/resman/properties/{property_id}/prospects

Returns the prospect source, status, first contact date and method, the assigned leasing agent and, for a lost prospect, the date and reason. ResMan refuses an unfiltered request, so give modified_since or a first contact range. A prospect stays in the Prospect status until an application is submitted.

| first_contact_from string | string | Earliest first contact, YYYY-MM-DD. |
| first_contact_to string | string | Latest first contact, YYYY-MM-DD. |
| modified_since string | string | Only prospects changed since this time, YYYY-MM-DD. |
