List move-outs

Units vacated within a date range.

GET https://cotlet.dev/api/v1/resman/properties/{property_id}/move-outs

read

Returns one row for each unit that was vacated in the range, with the last lease and the household. A resident who left while others stayed does not count, because only a vacated unit is a move-out.
