Endpoint	Description
GET /service-records/search	List the records in your SysAid queue that match a text search and filters.
GET /records/{record_id}/service-record	Read one service record with its fields.
GET /records/{record_id}/service-record-notes	Read the notes written on a service record.
GET /field-values	List the values your SysAid offers for a field, as its dropdown shows them.
GET /agents-and-groups	List the agents and groups a record can be assigned to.

PATCH /records/{record_id}/service-record	Change the title, description, priority, impact or category of a record.
POST /records/{record_id}/service-record/assign Confirm	Assign a record to an agent, a group, or both.
POST /records/{record_id}/notes Confirm	Write a note on a service record, internal by default.
POST /records/{record_id}/messages Confirm	Email an agent, a user or a group from inside a service record.
POST /records/{record_id}/service-record/resolve Confirm	Resolve a record with a solution and closure information.
