Create a service record
Open a new incident or request.
POST https://cotlet.dev/api/v1/sysaid/service-records
write Confirm
Creates the record with the template defaults of its type and returns its ID. Your SysAid rules then run on it: routing rules, priority rules and any notifications you set up can reach the request user and agents. By default you confirm each call; you can switch that off for this tool.
