Assign a service record
Assign a record to an agent, a group, or both.
POST https://cotlet.dev/api/v1/sysaid/records/{record_id}/service-record/assign
write Confirm
Returns the assignee and group after the change. Pass whichever your account uses; passing neither fails. The new assignee gets the instant message SysAid sends when a record is assigned to them, and the assignment appears in the Journey highlights. By default you confirm each call; you can switch that off for this tool.
