Add private note
Add a note only your team can see, and optionally alert subscribers or agents.

Adds a private note that the contact never sees. notify can alert the ticket's subscribers or the agents in its category, and an alert is a message to colleagues. By default you confirm each call; you can switch that off for this tool.
