Get conversation
One conversation with its messages, channel and assignee.
MCP tool podium_read → get_conversation
read
Returns the messages of one conversation in the order Podium shows them, with who sent each (the contact or a teammate), the channel and the current assignee. Use it to read the whole thread before you reply or assign it. Reading does not change the conversation.
