Close ticket

Close one ticket, optionally without the closed email.

POST https://cotlet.dev/api/v1/jitbit/tickets/{ticket_id}/close

write Confirm

Closes the ticket, which sets its status to Resolved. With silent set to true the Ticket closed email to the user is skipped, the same as Close silently in the more menu; that option exists only if the closed email notification is enabled in your helpdesk. A closed ticket can be re-opened from its page. By default you confirm each call; you can switch that off for this tool.
