Merge tickets

Merge one ticket into another.

POST https://cotlet.dev/api/v1/jitbit/merged-tickets/{merged_ticket_id}/tickets/{ticket_id}/merge

write Confirm

Merges the second ticket into the first, the same as Merge on the ticket page. A merge cannot be undone, and the ticket that is merged in is deleted. Read both threads with get_ticket first so only tickets about the same problem are joined. By default you confirm each call; you can switch that off for this tool.

Parameters

Parameters: merge_tickets
NameTypeDescription
ticket_id integer required integer Ticket that stays and receives the merge.
merged_ticket_id integer required integer Ticket that is merged in and deleted.
