Reply to ticket
Post a reply to the customer or an internal note for technicians on a ticket.
POST https://cotlet.dev/api/v1/jitbit/tickets/{ticket_id}/replies
Posts a comment as your Jitbit user. With for_techs_only set to true it is a note only technicians see. Otherwise the comment is emailed to the ticket followers, by default the submitter and the assigned person. The official Jitbit MCP can post comments too; use this tool when the same job also assigns, closes or merges. By default you confirm each call; you can switch that off for this tool.
Parameters
| Name | Type | Description |

| body string required | string | Comment text. Plain text is fine. |
