List chats
List chats from the Contact Center: Inbox, My dialogs, Archives or All, with an optional search.
MCP tool jivochat_read → list_chats
read
list_chats returns one page of chats with the client name, the channel, the start time and a preview of the last message. The inbox tab shows chats no agent has accepted yet. Finished chats in archives also carry their duration. The cursor continues the same tab and search. What you see follows your role and the channels your account can open.
