List the quick phrases your team shares, with their "/" shortcuts.

list_quick_phrases returns every quick phrase of the account, each with its shortcut tag and its text. Quick phrases are shared by all operators, so the list is the same for every agent. An agent reads them before it writes, so replies use your wording.
