Create macro
Add a macro (saved reply) to Settings > General > Macros.

Creates a macro with a text, an optional name for finding it by typing a slash in a chat, and an optional label. A macro reaches no customer until someone sends it, and it is removed in one click in Settings, so it needs no confirmation by default. It needs the Growth plan or higher.
Parameters
