Get conversation
Every message of one live chat conversation, with who wrote each.
MCP tool tidio_read → get_conversation
read
Returns the messages of one conversation from the oldest to the newest. Each message has an author type of operator, contact or bot, the text and the time. It also returns the link that opens the conversation in the Tidio panel.
