List canned responses
Saved replies with title, shortcode, folder and body.
MCP tool freshchat_read → list_canned_responses
read
Returns the canned responses your account can use: its personal folders and the shared folders. Each has the title, the shortcode an agent types after "/", the folder and the reply body. Use query to search titles and shortcodes. Freshchat shows the library under Admin > Canned Responses.
