List groups
Groups (teams) with their ID and member count.
MCP tool freshchat_read → list_groups

Returns the groups of the account. Use group_id from here in assign_conversation and in the filters of list_conversations and list_agents. Groups are what Freshchat calls teams when conversations are assigned.
