List conversations
Conversations in the Inbox with status, waiting state, assignee and last message.
MCP tool freshchat_read → list_conversations

Returns conversations from the Inbox, newest activity first, in pages; pass next_cursor back as cursor for the next page. status filters by new, assigned, resolved or reopened. waiting filters by Freshchat's Priority Inbox state: first_response_due, response_due or no_response_due. group_id and agent_id narrow it to one team or person. Each row has the conversation_id the other tools take. It reads the Inbox as your account sees it.
