Get customer history
Earlier tickets of a customer, with Shopify orders when a store is connected.

read
Returns the tickets linked to the customer by contact email, newest first, and, for connected Shopify stores, the 10 most recent orders with number, status, date, total and item count. Use it before replying to see whether the customer wrote before.
