Search tickets
Tickets that match a Zendesk search query, with status, priority, requester and assignee.
MCP tool zendesk_read → search_tickets
read
Runs a Zendesk ticket search and returns the matches without comments. The query uses Zendesk's own keywords, for example status:new, status:pending updated<2026-10-13, assignee:none or requester:amy@example.com. Sorted by the field you pick, newest first by default. Pages hold up to 100 tickets; pass next_cursor back as cursor for the next page. Use get_ticket for the full thread.
