The Conversation Timeline of one Conversation: messages, notes, calls, assignment changes, Topics and status.

read
Returns the items of the timeline oldest first, each with who wrote it (customer, Agent or Gladly AI), the Channel, the text and the time. Notes are marked internal. Attachments come as file names. A Conversation that was merged into another returns the surviving one. The agent reads the timeline before it replies, tags or closes.
